We are pleased to announce that the DX NetOps 25.4.1, which includes Smarts and Network Configuration Manager (NCM), is now available.
At this time, we encourage you to plan for adopting DX NetOps 25.4.1 as soon as possible, so that you take advantage of features and enhancements this release has to offer. You can download DX NetOps 25.4.1 from My Downloads on the Broadcom Support Portal.

Take advantage of the upgrade support benefits included in your DX NetOps maintenance plan, by visiting the DX NetOps Designated Weekend Upgrade Program site.
Product Updates
To receive timely DX NetOps product updates, update your Broadcom Support Portal notification settings: Go to My Profile, select Notification Settings, search for “Network Observability,” and then toggle the notifications as needed.
End of Service Notice
In keeping with evolving software industry practice, DX NetOps Product Management now communicates the End of Service date for each release at the time of release. This change allows you greater flexibility in your upgrade planning process.
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this email your written notification that Broadcom is discontinuing support for all versions of 24.3.x, for all the components delivered as part of DX NetOps 24.3.x, Smarts 24.3.x, and NCM 24.3.x, including respective service packs, cumulative patches, and supported languages, effective October 31, 2026. After October 31, 2026, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.
