Subject:  End of Life Announcement for DX Application Performance Management 23.3

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies here, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing technical support for DX Application Performance Management 23.3 effective December 30th, 2025. This will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value to the subsequent releases of DX Application Performance Management i.e. DX Operational Observability. After December 30, 2025, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to DX Operational Observability 24.2 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. • The latest supported on-premise version/release of DX Operational Observability, at no charge, as long as you have an active contract for DX Application Performance Management.
• Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to the new Version/Release can be viewed on Support's DX Operational Observability and DX Application Performance Management pages.
• Accelerated time-to-value when you engage Broadcom Services to assist you with any or all parts of your upgrade. Additional information can be found at https://www.broadcom.com/support/services-support. Please contact your account representative to receive a quote for such services.
