A hotfix for Symantec Data Loss Prevention versions 15.8, 16.0, 16.0.1, and 16.0.2 (including any associated MPs) is now available.

The hotfix enables DLP Agents to monitor folder uploads in Mozilla Firefox 126.x on Windows endpoints.

Download the file from the Product Downloads page at the Symantec Enterprise Security Support site.

Complete the following steps at the Product Downloads page to obtain the hotfix file:

1. Click My Downloads, enter “Data Loss Prevention” in the search area, and click Data Loss Prevention.
2. Locate and download the hotfix file at the location for your Symantec Data Loss Prevention version:
• 16.0.2 > Data_Loss_Prevention_16.0.2_Agent_Main, and locate the hotfix:
  Symantec_DLP_16.0.2_RU2HF1_Agent_Win-IN.zip
• 16.0.1 > Data_Loss_Prevention_16.0.1_HF_Agent, and locate the hotfix:​​
  Symantec_DLP_16.0.1_RU1MP1HF2_Agent_Win-IN.zip
• 16.0 > Data_Loss_Prevention_16.0_Agent_Main, and locate the hotfix:
  Symantec_DLP_16.0_MP2HF9_Agent_Win-IN.zip
• 15.8 > 15.8_Hotfixes_Endpoint, and locate the hotfix:
  Hotfix_15.8.00322.01007_Endpoint_Win.zip
