Subject: General Availability Announcement for OTK 4.3

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are pleased to announce that OTK 4.3 is now available.
New features for OTK 4.3 include:
Access Token as JWT: OTK now supports issuing and validation of two types of access token: UUID and JWT. Using JWT as access token allows for token validation without the need to call the authorization server.
Client Authentication using JWT: OTK now supports all client authentication methods that OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect specification defines. This feature follows the specifications in RFC 7523.
Other Enhancements: OTK now provides greater customization capabilities; improved performance of token queries on Cassandra databases; OAuth Manager now supports pagination with Cassandra database.
