Use this page to request automatic notification of hyper solutions that are considered critical for the proper operation of your CA product. The list that is displayed represents all licensed products for your site(s). You may request notifications for all products you are licensed for or only for desired products.
- Critical Alert: Defined as a high impact and/or pervasive software problem that has been determined to be critical to the operation of the product, or major impact to the customer's environment, or may negatively impact a large number of customers.
- Advisory: Defined as a moderate or low impact and/or non-pervasive software problem that has been determined to affect the operation of the product in one or more of our customer's environments.
- Product Update: Defined as informing customers of product news.
Selecting your Notifications:
- The All Products check boxes allows you to subscribe against all of the licensed products for your site(s).
- Once selected, scroll toward the bottom of the page and select the Submit button.
- If you wish to subscribe/unsubscribe against a subset of your products, select/unselect the check boxes within the row of the products in question then scroll toward the bottom of the page and select the Submit button.
- To unsubscribe against all products, select then unselect the check boxes within the All Products row to clear the form. Next scroll toward the bottom of the page and select the Submit button.
