Users of CA Technologies case file upload and download functions have asked for an improved experience.  We have identified a new tool, CrushFTP, that provides a much better user experience.  

After extensive testing, CrushFTP will be deployed into production on March 3, 2018.  At this time, it will replace our current third-party FTP and JCL software only.  Users of third-party FTP clients or JCL will not need to make any changes in order to use the new tool.
