Subject: Announcing General Availability of the Layer7 API Developer Portal 5.0.2 Release

Today, we are pleased to announce the availability of the Layer7 API Developer Portal 5.0.2. This new release offers key enhancements to the product set in multiple areas, as outlined below:
- Enhanced Synchronization for Automatic API and API Key Deployments
- Automatic API and API key deployments have been enhanced to improve reliability and scalability for deployment operations.
- Improved Proxy Details Page
- The Proxy Details page has been redesigned to provide an informational dashboard experience for Portal Administrators who want to quickly understand the status of their proxies and effectively gain insights from all deployment activities managed by the API Portal.
- Organization Type for Organizations
- Define an organization type, Publisher or Consumer. In order to improve the permissions model for organization users, API Developer Portal can now differentiate between organizations that can manage and publish APIs and organizations that can only consume APIs.
- API Hub: Multiple API Keys in Applications
- API developers can now view multiple keys associated with an application (available from API Developer Portal 5.0 onwards) in API Hub.
- Persistent Volume Support for RabbitMQ in Docker Swarm
- The reliability of the message broker (RabbitMQ service) has been enhanced to ensure message delivery by using a persistent volume. The RabbitMQ service is used for deployments of API management assets such as APIs, API keys between Portal and Gateway (TSSG) or vice versa.
