CA Technologies, a Broadcom company, is continually working to improve CA software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on the below product.  In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines, and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in Broadcom Software Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for the below product.

This notification means the below product will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective February 28, 2022. After this date, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

Broadcom has made the below replacement product available for migration. At this time, we encourage you to migrate to this product, as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features, functionalities, and enhancements that the new product has to offer.  For information about the migration product visit the Broadcom Support portal.

• If currently a CA BUNDL user then upgrade to: CA Output Management Web Viewer r12.1
• If currently a CA Dispatch user then upgrade to: CA Output Management Web Viewer r12.1
• If currently a CA View user then upgrade to: CA Output Management Web Viewer v14.0

Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to the new product as straightforward as possible, so we offer the following assistance:

• The latest supported Version/Release of the aforementioned migrated product at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract for the current product.
