We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 2 (SP2) for CleverPath Enterprise Content Manager (ECM), release 3.5, is now available for distribution from Computer Associate's (CA) SupportConnect and FTP site. SP2 can be downloaded directly from your web browser here.

This Service Pack contains valuable product maintenance as well as a number of beneficial enhancements to the original release of the product. CleverPath ECM has been enhanced with the ability to publish to CleverPath Portal through the Library Browser, Workflow or the Bulkload utility. International characters from the ISO-8859-X character set are now supported in asset and collection names. The release summary file included with SP2 contains a complete description of all the new enhancements available within SP2.

SP2 should only be applied to CleverPath ECM release 3.5. The readme file included with SP2 contains comprehensive installation instructions to help you deploy this Service Pack within your environment. Please read it thoroughly prior to installing this Service Pack.
