Subject: End of Life Announcement for the Clarity Add-in: Integration Adaptor (On-Demand Only)
On behalf of CA Technologies, A Broadcom Company, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services.
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be dropping support for the following Add-in for Clarity SaaS:
- Add-in: Integration Adaptor (On-Demand Only)
In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policy and Terms available at https://support.broadcom.com, please consider this email your written notification for End of Life (EOL) of the Integration Adaptor (On-Demand Only) Add-in for Clarity SaaS.
This Add-in will no longer be enhanced, and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective March 23, 2020. After March 23, 2020, in accordance with Broadcom’s End of Life Policy, located in the CA Support Policy and Terms, Broadcom will continue to provide self-service support until the expiration of your current contractual support period.
Add-ins are content offerings, not product functionality; therefore, when we EOL them we do not offer functional alternatives. Existing customers may continue to leverage the content, but it will not be available for new customers.
- A new customer installing future releases will not get this add-in.
- Existing customers upgrading to future releases will not get new versions of this add-in.
- Existing customers will have whatever version of the content they previously installed before upgrading.
- Future releases will not include new versions of this add-in.
Customers may continue to run and use the Clarity Add-in products referenced above in production and non-production environments after the End-of-Life Date. However, after March 23, 2020, Broadcom will no longer provide any fixes, patches, service packs, updates, upgrades, programmatic changes, new features, or coverage for updated or new operating systems, databases, browsers, or any additional components.
