Dear CA Customer,
We are pleased to announce the availability of CA Clarity PMO Accelerator 1.2 for CA Clarity 8.1 Service Pack 1, also known as CA Clarity 8.1.1. It has been updated and been certified for Clarity 8.1.1. CA Clarity PMO Accelerator 1.2 will be available via electronic download from https://support.ca.com starting August 4, 2008.
This notification includes instructions on how to order the software update and obtain the documentation and information pertinent to this release.
The CA Clarity PMO Accelerator 1.2 has been certified for Clarity 8.1.1. In addition, PMO Accelerator 1.2 includes support for the new Crystal reports based on Business Objects Server. The previous Actuate reports for PMO are no longer available. Existing customers who currently use Actuate can install the Business Objects server or continue with their old Actuate reports.
Availability and Ordering
The CA Clarity PMO Accelerator 1.2 will be available via electronic download from https://support.ca.com starting August 4, 2008. Customers can apply for the data load using standard support request processes.

To request a software update shipment in North America, please call 1-800-841-8743 or contact your local account representative. If you are outside of North America, please call your local account representative or the local CA office.
Follow your standard procedures for transferring files over the Internet to your site. Use the WinZip product or another ZIP file application to extract the files from the package. Then follow the instructions on the README.txt file.
