Extended Maintenance period for Automic v12.2

Automic V12.2 (Including Automic Workload Automation, Automic Service Orchestration and Continuous Delivery Automation) was released on 29^th June 2018.

The V12.2 product lifecycle is currently

End of Maintenance: 19^th June 2021

End of Support: 19^th June 2022

The next on-premises version of Automic Automation and Continuous Delivery Automation to be released will be version 21. The version number will now be the year of release to make it simpler for customers to follow the product lifecycle.

This release is planned for 30^th September 2021.

To align with our customers’ upgrade schedules and to ensure that our customers have enough time to plan their upgrade to the latest V21, we will extend the Maintenance period for V12.2 by 9 months.

New End of Maintenance: 31^st March 2022.

End of Support unchanged: 19^th June 2022.

The Automic Automation V12.3 (Including Continuous Delivery Automation) product lifecycle is unchanged

End of Maintenance: 30^th June 2022

End of Support: 30^th June 2023
