Subject: Deprecation Announcement for CA Service Management Mobile App
CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on CA Service Management Mobile App. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies here, please consider this email your written notification of deprecation of the CA Service Management Mobile App. This notification means CA Service Management Mobile App will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective 31st March 2022.
At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Service Mobile App as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this mobile capability has to offer. CA Service Point mobile app is light-weight with a modern UX allowing users to resolve issues, manage tickets on the move. Broadcom has made CA Service Point Mobile App available as the latest and supported mobile capability, accessible with CA Service Management 17.2 and onwards.
