Subject: End of Service Announcement for Rally Software (Formerly CA Agile Central) On Premise

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To provide you greater flexibility in your upgrade planning process to Rally Software Commercial SaaS / Rally Software FedRAMP SaaS (for Federal customers) and in accordance with the Broadcom support Policy and Terms available at Broadcom Support Online please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing technical support for the following previously released Broadcom On Premise versions as of the dates listed below. This will allow our Development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value to the continuous release of Rally Software SaaS and Rally FedRAMP SaaS. After the respective End of Service Dates listed below, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to Rally Software SaaS or Rally FedRAMP SaaS (for Federal customers) as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer.

As Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to Rally Software Commercial SaaS /Rally Software FedRAMP SaaS as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:

• Comparable Licenses of Broadcom Rally Software Commercial SaaS / Rally Software FedRAMP SaaS (for Federal customers), at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract with Broadcom.
• Your Rally Software On Premise Account Team members should be contacting you regarding this Rally Software On Premise End of Life announcement. They will discuss and demonstrate the Rally Software SaaS product and assist you with your planning and migration of one year of data (at no cost to you) over to the Rally Software Commercial SaaS / Rally Software FedRAMP SaaS product.
• Broadcom Extended Support, a Broadcom support offering, extends support for Broadcom software product versions or releases that have reached End of Service. Broadcom Extended Support may be available to Rally Software On Premise customers for a limited time after the End of Service date.
