New & Improved Support Portal Experience Coming Soon!

We are excited to announce several enhancements coming to your Broadcom online support experience and would like to take this opportunity to provide you with an overview of what we have planned for early 2022! 

With a renewed focus on delivering a seamless and quality customer experience, we felt it necessary to take a hard look at our tools, systems and services and seek out opportunities for improvement. Your feedback was important to make a meaningful change to your experience. We worked tirelessly with many internal Broadcom teams and other consulting groups to deliver the following enhancements coming early next year.

  • Support Portal User Registration: Streamlined onboarding process that allows you to build your profile and easily add additional access where needed.

 

  • Support Portal Experience: Improved user interface that provides a 360 view of your products & services with personalized dashboards (to be made available to Broadcom Software customers only).






 

 

 

 

 

  • PLA Product Usage Insights: Streamlined usage reporting experience including easy access to usage reporting documentation by product, new automated collection support, reminders, and reporting insights (to be made available to Broadcom Software customers only).

By focusing on these key areas we’ll not only deliver an improved user experience, but also establish a stronger foundation for us to build on throughout 2022 and beyond. We look forward to partnering with you as we continue to evolve our business to meet and exceed your evolving needs.
