The purpose of this Advisory is to inform you of a potential problem that has been recently identified with Test Data Manager and Fast Data Masker.  Please read the information provided below and follow the instructions in order to avoid being impacted by this problem.   

PRODUCT(S) AFFECTED:
Test Data Manager Portal  RELEASE: 5.0.71.0 and lower
Fast Data Masker               RELEASE: 5.0.42.0 and lower

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 

Tomcat reported multiple critical security vulnerabilities in version 10.1.57 and lower.
 
SYMPTOMS:
Potential security breaches, unauthorized access to data, or service disruption due to underlying vulnerabilities in Apache Tomcat 10.1.57 and lower.
 
IMPACT:
An attacker could exploit these critical vulnerabilities in Apache Tomcat to bypass authentication, gain unauthorized access to sensitive application data, or cause a denial of service (DoS) on affected systems.
 

PROBLEM RESOLUTION:

TDM Software Engineering has provided patches that upgrades Apache Tomcat release 10.1.59. The patches are avilable for dowload from the Test Data Manager (TDM) Support Patches page.
