Summary
The version of Azul Zulu installed on the remote host is prior to 6 < 6.59.0.14 / 7 < 7.65.0.14 / 8 < 8.73.0.12 / 11 < 11.67.16 / 17 < 17.45.16 / 21 < 21.30.16. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the 2023-10-17 advisory.
- Vulnerability in the Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition, Oracle GraalVM for JDK product of Oracle Java SE (component: Hotspot). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 8u381-perf, 17.0.8, 20.0.2; Oracle GraalVM for JDK: 17.0.8 and 20.0.2. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition, Oracle GraalVM for JDK. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition, Oracle GraalVM for JDK accessible data. Note: This vulnerability can be exploited by using APIs in the specified Component, e.g., through a web service which supplies data to the APIs. This vulnerability also applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. (CVE-2023-22025)
- Vulnerability in Oracle Java SE (component: CORBA). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 8u381 and 8u381-perf. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via CORBA to compromise Oracle Java SE. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Java SE accessible data. Note: This vulnerability can only be exploited by supplying data to APIs in the specified Component without using Untrusted Java Web Start applications or Untrusted Java applets, such as through a web service.
(CVE-2023-22067)
