With features like AI-powered field augmentation, configurable landing pages, and enhanced adapter capabilities, customers can streamline their workflows, reduce administrative overhead, and unlock new integration possibilities.

- Deliver basic field mapping template capability that allows users to configure an automation based on a pre-existing set of field mappings.

- Allows customers to quickly implement common mapping use cases.
- Allows customers to see relevant use cases for their adapters.
- To enhance governance and standardizing integration patterns across teams

Automation User Experience:
- Basic Field Concatenation (support AI prompts in sync config)
- Specify up to five input fields to concatenate to a single destination field.
- Support for specifying additional text to appear in the concatenation.
- Supported by import/export field mapping.
- Customer Outcomes:
- Customers gain self-serviceability and visibility into use cases where they have to concatenate multiple fields without having to use a custom script.

- Universal Adapter Management by Tenant/Group Admin
- Allow Tenant/Group Admin users to create/manage and make visible Universal Adapters for their Group only.

- Customers can now create and use their own Universal Adapter without relying on Broadcom.

- Synchronize Transaction between Clarity and other financial Applications like Oracle Fusion, SAP S4/HANA.

Flat File Adapter
- Support for additional delimiters TSV (Tab) / PSV (Pipe) / Custom Delimiter, along with existing CSV.
- Support filter on file name (pattern matching).
- Ease the creation for FlatFile Automation - Bring in the Fields creation and availability within the Automation creation.
- Customer Outcomes:
- Integrate systems that don't have an API (or are not made available).
- Ease of use a flat file adapter like any other Out Of The Box adapter.

ServiceNow adapter
- Rate-limiting conditions need to be extended for ServiceNow Adapter.
- Customer Outcomes:
- ServiceNow utilises rate limiting to control the volume of requests to its APIs, aiming to prevent abuse and to promote system stability.
- VCF Operations Adapter (beta)
- Support VCF v9. Artifact types supported are: VMware fleets(VCenters,cloud resources). This includes hardware like servers (ESXi Hosts), networks (NSX), and storage (SAN). It also covers virtual items like VMs and reports.
- Send resources to a CMDB (like ServiceNow).
- Send report data to other systems (for example, reports on oversized VMs).
- Use Cases:
- VCF data to Service Now (CMDB): VCF keeps key details about system parts – things like hosts, networks, storage, and VMs.Link VCF resources to Service Now entries (resource name, ID, state, current status).
- VCF reports: VCF creates scheduled reports. These show data it collects. One important report checks if VMs are sized correctly, like finding underused ones. You can synchronize report content to other solutions, like ServiceNow to see things like reclaimable memory or CPU for each VM.
- Customer Outcomes
- Keep CMDB accurate and uptodate with current info on all VCF resources.
- Synchronize any VCF information from reports to any solutions with latest information (status, usage, etc…)

Enhance User Experience
- Provide a provision for users to decide where they want to land upon logging in to ConnectALL.
- Customer Outcomes:
- Landing always on Dashboard takes more time for the Users and allows the users to decide where to land to speed up time to value.
- Orphaned Management Improvements
- Implement the Retry of Failed Orphaned / Restored Records.
- Provide a retry mechanism for Orphaned / Restored record.
- Enable the option under Related Artifacts UI.
- Customer Outcomes:
- Should automatically / manually be able to process the failed orphaned / restore record to keep systems up to date.

Solution Administration
- Allow Multiple Defined Admin Users.
- Customer Outcomes:
- Some customers do not allow shared admin users or default user names, which are needed for logging and traceability.

Enhance Automation Scoping and Project Mapping for Enterprise Scale
- Extend the automatic user lookup functionality for other object type fields that are mapped based on property values of the object.
- Customer Outcomes:
- Allows mapping sprints by date.
- Allows mapping users by ID.
- Customer Voice:
- Rally Adapter: Support Multi-Project Configurations for Hundreds of Projects for Rally Adapter by removing the limit of 250 projects per automation. It allows customers to support more projects on a single set of automations, reducing administrative overhead and minimizing the chance for user error with inconsistent configurations.
- Jira Adapter Enhancements for Data Integrity: Address limitations related to project/team mapping for Jira Cloud to support for customers migrating to Jira Cloud and standardizing their team identifier.

To install your product, follow the installation procedures for your product at Tech Docs. If you are a SaaS customer, your environment will be automatically upgraded to the new release at a scheduled time following the 4.0 GA release date.
