With this program, the NetOps Support team is staffed on designated weekends to provide you with upgrade-related support for all severity issues, as well as to provide you with a detailed pre-upgrade review prior to that weekend.

• Upgrades from 20.2.1 through 21.2.2 to this release require that you upgrade the data repository.

• Upgrades from 21.2.7 or lower to this release require that you upgrade the MySQL database for NetOps Portal, which includes database changes. This can add some time to the upgrade.
