On behalf of the DX Unified Infrastructure Management (DX UIM) Product Team from Broadcom Software, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are pleased to announce the general availability of our DX Unified Infrastructure Management 23.4 release.
DX Unified Infrastructure Management is redefining comprehensive infrastructure observability with enhanced zero-touch configuration, new observability viewer & designer, improved personalization, minimal user permission for deployment, and newer in-product content enrichment. This solution provides a unified, data-driven approach to manage private and public clouds and infrastructures proactively and efficiently across your digital ecosystems.
DX Unified Infrastructure Management (DX UIM) 23.4, now generally available, provides the following:
- Observability View Designer and Viewer enables users to create custom role-based contextual views by collating underlying reports and dashboards created on the Operator Console.
- Enhanced Personalization supports customization of the left menu bar on the Operator Console to suit different roles that access the console for their differentiated needs.
- Major usability enhancements in access control, zero-touch onboarding, inventory management, personalization, dashboards, and reporting.
- Improved Scale and Resilience for Monitoring Configuration Service (MCS) enabling zero touch-monitoring configuration through MCS. MCS now supports monitoring profile deployment for high-scale inventory in modern data centers.
- Expansion of cloud-native with the addition of Kubernetes, Open shift & PodMan monitoring to existing coverage for Docker; templates-based solution for key services including customizable summary out-of-the-box dashboards.
- In-Product Content Enrichment (ICE) to support end users by providing in-context access to support and enablement collaterals. It allows viewing the enablement content in the product context spread across technical documentation, Blogs, Product videos & KB articles.
- An enterprise-ready release with comprehensive inclusion of defect fixes, stability enhancements, and performance improvements across all layers of deployment.
- Support for modern operating system platforms, updated monitoring target certifications, and stricter security standards, facilitating the latest technology adoption.
- Richer integration with the AIOps by Broadcom for machine learning and AI-driven root cause analysis for alarm noise reduction, predictive capacity analytics, and business service analytics.
