The solution covers legacy and modern networks, and reaches beyond the enterprise borders to Cloud, SaaS, and Sites.
Today, we are pleased to announce that DX NetOps 23.3.8 is now available.

Capabilities Available for Early Access for Select Customers
In Early Access, our focus is to verify functionality and gather feedback from a limited set of customers. If you are interested in trying out any of the following capabilities, contact your account representative for more information:
- NetOps Business Reports - Ability to run business reports in NetOps Portal*
- Zero Touch Administration - DX NetOps automated-upgrade of DX NetOps Performance Management and DX NetOps Fault Management to reduce maintenance cost in the NOC*
- Volatility Analytics - A solution to provide deeper insights into network volatility to gauge time to issues*
- Syslog connector - Integrate DX NetOps Performance Management with Splunk to retrieve Syslogs in the context of alarms and devices using the out-of-the-box Syslog connector*
- Customer Experience Center - An environment for vendor and customer collaboration to advance the NOC for SD-WAN assurance

Upgrading DX NetOps
The Upgrade DX NetOps section in the documentation includes the following high-level categories, each containing capability-specific upgrade information:
- Prepare for the Upgrade - Describes the required pre-upgrade tasks.
- Upgrade DX NetOps - Sequentially explains the upgrade process to prevent global synchronization issues. Before upgrading each component, review the installation and system requirements for each component listed at the end of the Upgrade DX NetOps topic.
- Verify the Upgrade - Describes the required post-upgrade verification tasks to ensure that the upgraded functionality and customizations work as expected.
Upgrade Related Support Offerings
The following upgrade related Support offerings are included in your support maintenance plan:
- Pre-Event Review - Subject matter experts (SMEs) from each DX NetOps component will review your upgrade plans in detail to help ensure a smooth and successful experience. If you do not have a plan, we can provide you with a runbook and share best practices, and then review your plan once it is complete.

- NetOps Designated Weekend Upgrade Program - The next NetOps Designated Weekend Upgrade Program is October 5th & 6th, 2024. During these days, the NetOps Support and Development team is staffed during specific hours. Once registered for the program, we provide a thorough Pre-Event Review, and you can open any severity-upgrade-related cases during the times on those weekends.

- Support Hot Site - Provides the global Support team advance notice of your event. This alerts our engineers to be on the lookout for any potential issues during this window. We also house your written plan in the hot site so that the engineers have visibility and access into your upgrade, should you open a Support case.
