Today, we are pleased to announce that DX NetOps 23.3.5 is now available.

Capabilities Available for Early Access for Select Customers
In Early Access, our focus is to verify functionality and gather feedback from a limited set of customers. If you are interested in trying out any of the following capabilities, contact your account representative for more information:
- NetOps Business Reports - Ability to run business reports in NetOps Portal*
- Zero Touch Administration - DX NetOps automated upgrade of DX NetOps Performance Management and DX NetOps Fault Management to reduce maintenance cost in the NOC*
- Volatility Analytics - A solution to provide deeper insights into network volatility to gauge time to issues*
- Integration with Splunk - Integrate with Splunk to retrieve Syslogs in the context of alarms and devices using the new out-of-the-box Syslog connector*
- Customer Experience Center - An environment for vendor and customer collaboration to advance the NOC for SD-WAN assurance

Upgrade Information
The Upgrade DX NetOps section includes the following high-level categories, each containing capability-specific upgrade information:
- Prepare for the Upgrade: Describes the required pre-upgrade tasks.
- Upgrade DX NetOps: Sequentially explains the upgrade process to prevent global synchronization issues.
- Verify the Upgrade: Describes the required post-upgrade verification tasks to ensure that the upgraded functionality and customizations work as expected.
Notes:
- Upgrades from 20.2.1 through 21.2.2 to this release require that you upgrade the data repository. For more information about how to upgrade the data repository, see Upgrade the Data Repository.
- Upgrades from 21.2.7 or lower to this release require that you upgrade the MySQL database for NetOps Portal, which includes database changes. This can add some time to the upgrade. For more information about upgrades from 21.2.7 or lower to this release and NetOps Portal support for MySQL 8, see Features and Enhancements 21.2.8.
Designated Weekend Upgrade Program
To assist with the success of a production upgrade, register early for the NetOps Designated Weekend Upgrade Program. With this program, the NetOps Support team is staffed on designated weekends to provide you with upgrade-related support for all severity issues, as well as to provide you with a detailed pre-upgrade review prior to that weekend. Upcoming dates include:

- October 5-6, 2024
