Please Note: this notification does not apply to the Japanese localized version of the product.

Broadcom is continually working to improve software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on SOLVE: Operations Automation.  In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines, and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Software Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for SOLVE: Operations Automation. This notification means SOLVE: Operations Automation will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective July 31, 2024.  After July 31, 2024, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

Broadcom has made OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation available as a replacement product. We encourage you to migrate to OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation 14.0 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features, functionalities, and enhancements that this new product has to offer.
