Subject: End of Life Announcement for CA Workload Automation iXp
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing support on CA Workload Automation iXp. In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines, and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Support Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for CA Workload Automation iXp. This means CA Workload Automation iXp will no longer be enhanced and that maintenance and technical support will be discontinued beginning Oct. 31, 2027. After Oct. 31, 2027, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.
The Path Forward: AutoSys Workload Automation Web UI
To enable uninterrupted operations, we are transitioning all users to the AutoSys Workload Automation Web UI. The good news? This interface is already part of your existing product installation, meaning no heavy lifting or separate software deployment is required to make the switch.
Why the transition?
- Zero Additional Deployment: Since the Web UI is already a feature of your current AutoSys environment, your team can begin using it immediately.
- Modernized Experience: The AutoSys Web UI provides an updated, intuitive interface for managing and monitoring your workflows.
- Continued Support: Aligning on a unified interface enables you to receive the latest feature updates, security patches, and dedicated support moving forward.
Next Steps
We recommend that your team begins transitioning daily operations to the AutoSys Web UI as soon as possible to ensure a smooth handoff before Oct 31, 2027.
