Subject: Deprecation Announcement for SNMP Gateway and XenApp monitoring probes
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. Per the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this email your written notification of the deprecation of the SNMP Gateway and XenApp monitoring probes.
This means:
- We shall be discontinuing the development and distribution of these probes effective immediately.
- For instances of these probes already in use, we shall be discontinuing the maintenance and technical support for the listed monitoring probes effective September 28, 2026.
Current users of the XenApp probe are encouraged to migrate to the XenDesktop probe, and those of the SNMP Gateway probe to the Spectrum Gateway probe, respectively, at the earliest for continued support for the same monitoring functionality.
This will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value across the DX UIM solution.

Your success is very important to us, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with you.
Sincerely,
DX Unified Infrastructure Management Product Team
