Announcing ConnectALL 4.1: Enhanced Capabilities and User Experience
We are excited to announce the general availability of ConnectALL version 4.1! This release is packed with new features, UI improvements, and adapter-specific enhancements designed to streamline your workflows, improve usability, and provide greater control over your data synchronization.
Highlights
- Conditional Mapping: Value mapping now includes conditional logic, allowing you to create checks for specific data that will change how ConnectALL manipulates fields during synchronization, including configuring different LLM augmentation depending on the source data.
- Workflow Orchestration: Automated Test Execution and Print Report Synchronization using trigger-based orchestration of Tosca Execution Lists..
- Exact Date Time Synchronization: You now have more control over how date and time fields are synchronized. Choose between "Application Time" (the default) to synchronize dates based on the destination application's time zone, or "Exact Date-Time" to preserve the exact value from the source application.
- Import and Export of Automation Templates: Easily move automation templates between different ConnectALL instances, perfect for migrating from a development to a production environment.
- New "Other" Alarm Type: A new alarm category has been added to catch issues that don't fall into existing categories, providing a stack trace for easier debugging.
UX Improvements
- Clickable "Modify" Links: The "modify" buttons for automations are now hyperlinks, allowing you to open them in a new tab or window for easier multitasking.
- Advanced Mapping Sort and Reorder: You can now sort tables in value mapping by clicking on the column headers. You can also add new rows anywhere in the list and reorder rows by dragging and dropping.
- Searchable Dropdowns: The value dropdowns for many adapters are now searchable, including project selection, making it faster and easier to find the option you're looking for. For Rally, search filters the hierarchical tree structure of projects.
Adapter-Specific Updates
GitHub Adapter Enhancements
- Added support for Github Onprem..
- GitHub Issues Support: ValueOps ConnectALL now extends GitHub adapter capabilities to support GitHub Issues as an entity for both GitHub Cloud and GitHub On-Premise.

- Trigger Rule Configuration: A new user interface allows you to define, enable, and manage trigger conditions for your Tosca-based automations, giving you precise control over your testing workflows.
Gen AI Adapter
- 'Standard System Prompt' Field: A new field allows you to specify the behavior of the LLM (Large Language Model) by providing statements that will always be included and given higher priority.
- Automated PII Redaction: A new option has been added to the Gen AI Connection setup to request redacting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from your data with a preconfigured system prompt.
Other Enhancements
- Concatenation and Multivariate Mapping: Support for multivariate mapping and concatenation has been added for Atlassian Confluence, Logic gates, Jama, Micro Focus ALM Octane, Micro Focus Service Manager, Salesforce, and VCF.
- Updates to Proxy Configuration: The configuration process for proxy server settings has been consolidated into the connection creation workflow.
