Subject: Extension of End of Service for Broadcom Application Performance Management (APM) R10.8 SP1

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers.  To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software.   In order to facilitate time for customers to upgrade to this version, when available, we are extending the current End Of Service (EOS) date for DX APM R10.8 SP1 from May 31^st 2026 to October 31^st 2026.

We expect to release Application Performance Management (APM) 10.8 SP2 during CY2025 which will have an EOS date beyond October 31st 2026, the current EOS date for DX APM R10.8 SP1.

Please consider this product notice your written notification of the extension of End of Service of Application Performance Management (APM) Release R10.8 SP1.  This notification means Application Performance Management (APM) R10.8 SP1 will no longer be enhanced, and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective October 31^st 2026.  After October 31st 2026, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to Application Performance Management (APM) R10.8 SP2, when available, as straightforward as possible, so we offer the following assistance:

• When Application Performance Management (APM) R10.8 SP2 is available you will be encouraged to upgrade, at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract for Application Performance Management (APM) R10.8 SP2.
