Today, we are pleased to announce that AutoSys Workload Automation  24.0.00 is now available. 

New feature highlights for AutoSys Workload Automation 24.0.00 include: 

Support for PostgresSQL database – AutoSys can now use a PostgresSQL database as it’s data server.  PostgresSQL is a good choice for customers looking to lower the cost of ownership and for those who want to have Autosys running in a cloud environment.  The built in replication offers a way to have HA without the additional overhead of a dual database configuration.  A migration utility is also provided to ease the switch from your current database to PostgresSQL.

Support for Oracle 23ia database – AutoSys 24.0.00 has been certified to support the latest Oracle release of 23ai.

Single SignOn for the Web UI - The Web UI will now offer a SSO configuration that supports SAML 2.0 with Artifact Binding.  This will allow you to tie you login to a IdP that supports SAML with Artifact Binding and MFA is configured with your IdP.  We support both IdP and SP (Service Provider) initiated methods.

Extended Helpdesk Support – This enhancement is designed to let you to integrate with the helpdesk or endpoints that you utilize.  It also allows you to do any additional event enrichment that is required before sending the event.

Additional REST API capabilities – The REST API has been extended to include more events like machine offline/online as well as being able to send events to be processed in the future, set the priority of the event and use the group/application fields.

Intelligent Automation Assistant - New context sensitive help and the addition of a Chatbot to help answer questions will increase productivity while reducing the load on the administrative team answering basic questions.
