Subject: End of Service Announcement for AutoSys Workload Automation r12.0 and 12.0.01 (SP1)

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on AutoSys Workload Automation r12.0 and r12.0.01. In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Support Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Service for AutoSys Workload Automation r12.0 and r12.0.01. This notification means AutoSys Workload Automation r12.0 and r12.0.01 will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective December 31, 2025.  After December 31, 2025, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

 

At this time we encourage you to plan for the migration to AutoSys Workload Automation r12.1.01 as soon as possible so you can take full advantage of the latest new features and enhancements this release has to offer. For additional information on AutoSys Workload Automation r12.1.01, please visit the release note pages in the product documentation.

 

As Broadcom would like to help make your upgrade to AutoSys Workload Automation r12.1.01 as straightforward and successful as possible, we are offering the following:  

  • A no-charge software upgrade to AutoSys Workload Automation 12.1.01 for any customer with an active maintenance contract. 
  • Documentation to help prepare you for your upgrade to AutoSys Workload Automation r12.1.01 can be viewed here.
  • Qualified local Broadcom Workload Automation Partners are also able to assist in any or all parts of the upgrade, including analysis of the current system, preparation for the upgrade, testing, and performing the upgrade itself. Partner information can be viewed here.
