Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP. 

In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Support Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP. This notification means Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective March 31, 2025.  After March 31, 2025, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

Broadcom has made Workload Automation Agent for SAP available as a replacement product. We encourage you to migrate to any supported version of Workload Automation Agent for SAP as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features, functionalities, and enhancements this replacement product offers. Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to Workload Automation Agent for SAP r12.1 SP1 as straightforward as possible. A migration utility is available to migrate your job definitions from the Unicenter Job Management Adapter to the Workload Automation Agent for SAP. A copy of the utility, which includes the documentation, can be found here.
