Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this message your written notification that we are immediately deprecating the CCSBot feature of the Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS).

Why We Are Making This Change

• To the best of our knowledge, this feature is not used by customers of the Symantec Control Compliance Suite.
• An internal  review of the feature identified issues that suggested that its removal would be in the best interest of our customers in our shared goal of providing a stable and secure experience.

What This Means for You

• Immediate Discontinuation: The CCSBot feature will no longer be available for use.
• No Further Updates: There will be no further updates, patches for the CCSBot feature.
• Limited Technical Support: Technical support for the CCSBot feature will be limited to helping you transition to other features within the Symantec Control Compliance Suite.
• Alternative Solutions: We recommend exploring other features within the Symantec Control Compliance Suite.
