Subject: End of Service Announcement for DX NetOps Spectrum 10.4 & 10.4.1

CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the End of Service / End of Life Policy within the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification that we will be discontinuing technical support for Spectrum versions 10.4 and 10.4.1 effective 31^st March 2022. This date aligns with the End of Service notice for DX NetOps 19.1. This will allow our development organization to focus its resources and add value to the next release of DX NetOps more effectively. Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term. 

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to DX NetOps Spectrum 21.2 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. For more information, please visit the DX NetOps page.

As Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to DX NetOps Spectrum 21.2 as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:

• The latest version of DX NetOps Spectrum, at no charge, if you have an active maintenance contract for Spectrum.
• Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to the latest Release can be viewed at Techdocs.
• A pre-upgrade review with our support team. Reach out to your account team for details.
