Subject: Deprecation Notice for Support Automation capability of CA Service Desk Manager
Broadcom is continually working to improve Broadcom software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on Support Automation capability in CA Service Desk Manager. In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines, and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Support Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of deprecation of Support Automation capability in CA Service Desk Manager. This notification means Support Automation will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued effective July 1st 2023.
