Subject:         Deprecation Notice for Runscope Integration in Layer7 API Developer Portal

Broadcom Software is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with our CA Support Policy and Terms (https://casupport.broadcom.com/), please consider this email your written notification that we are announcing the deprecation of Runscope Integration for creating API monitoring tests in Runscope from API Developer Portal effective September 22nd 2021. 

The support for creating API monitoring tests from API Developer Portal will be removed from a future release planned for mid-2022. Runscope is part of the BlazeMeter Continuous Testing platform. The API monitoring tests that you have created from API Developer Portal will continue to run independently in Runscope. Customers are advised to manage their monitoring tests directly in Runscope. 

This change will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources on and add value to future releases of the Layer7 API Developer Portal. For additional information on Layer API Developer Portal, please visit Broadcom Support Online (https://support.broadcom.com).
