Subject:  Extension of End of Service Announcement for Symantec IGA 14.3 (including all service packs)

 

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with our Broadcom Support Policy and Terms (https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/support-content-notification/-/external/content/release-announcements/CA-Support-Policies/6933), please consider this letter your written notification that we are extending support for Symantec IGA 14.3 (including all service packs) through October 31st, 2023 to allow our customers more time to plan for an upgrade.  During this extended support period, any fixes made to the product will be provided at Broadcom's sole discretion.

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to Symantec IGA 14.4 so you can take full advantage of the latest new features and enhancements this release has to offer.  For additional information on Symantec IGA 14.4, please visit the Symantec IGA Access Manager pages at Broadcom Support Online (https://support.broadom.com/).
