The ValueOps ConnectALL team is proud to announce the availability of ValueOps ConnectALL 3.7.0. In this release we have improved the Orphans/Pairless Management support for records restoration, improved the field mapping capabilities by including reg-ex expression support in the advanced field mapping to remove unnecessary business scripts, and last but not least, included Intelligent documentation where customers can prompt the documentation to get concise and direct answer leveraging Generative AI on our Online documentation.

  • Orphans Management Improvements
    • Set Strategy for Restored records (Restore Settings - set/clear values)
    • Support of Prefix or Suffix capabilities to enhance the orphans field setting strategy

  • Value Mapping Enhancements
    • New Advanced Mapping Operator * Value Like for pattern matching with regex to more easily address advanced use cases and simplify the automation configuration. 
    • Implemented lazy loading for allowed values in picker to support larger dataset.
    • Included additional validations to better inform users of failure states. 

  • Contextual Intelligent Documentation
    • Include context-sensitive panel that curates information from ValueOps ConnectALL online documentation, YouTube, Communities, and Broadcom Academy.
  • Added the ability to query documentation material using VAIA (ValueOps GenAI engine).

  • Usage Export Capabilities
    • Allow users to export Transaction counts:
      • The number of automations created in a month.
      • The number of records that were updated or created per automation during the same period.
  • Adapter Updates
    • Azure DevOps:  Workflow support for Multi-Status Transition policies defined in AzureDevOps (ADO) during data synchronization. 
    • Jira: Added support for version 10.1.1
    • Jira: Added configuration option to skip synchronization of full changelog history when not required.
    • ServiceNow: ConnectALL available from ServiceNow Market Place and supports Xanadu & Washington DC, Vancouver.
  • Customer Voice:
    • Group/Team Selection Persistence: When selecting a team or group whilst on the Dashboard, that selection will now be retained as a default value for relevant fields until you log out of ConnectALL.
    • Drop-down Value Sorting Improvement: drop-downs will list all potential values alphabetically, regardless of formatting.
    • Properties Audit Log: records a log of changes made to properties settings, viewable only to administrators.
    • Automation Tracker Improvement: The Automation tracker on the Dashboard now shows a count of 1 for multi-project automations, regardless of the number of associated projects.
    • Added notification emails for fetch records failures.
    • DE155843: Restricted saving value mapping with unsupported mappings.
    • DE156648: Support of Sync By ID or Sync By Value for Jira Sprint field.
    • DE156476: Restricted the redirection to ServiceNow application from ConnectALL Dashboard on Sync Failure.
    • DE155601: Addressed the Rally dates not offsetting when spanning into daylight savings changes.
    • DE153821: Fixed the Automation links alignment on the VSM when cloning or creating an automation.
    • DE156396: Sync failure in automation with Azure DevOps to Azure DevOps Cloud when mapped with custom fields.
    • DE156377: License expired notification displayed in the Alarms section with a valid ValueOps license.
    • DE156827: By default disabled the groovy sandboxing configuration so the groovy restrictions will not be applied for OnPrem.
    • DE157593: Test Instances fail when syncing between Tosca to ALM.
    • DE161639: Rally Adapter: Error when attempting to modify Project Mapping on existing automations.
    • DE162961: Date parse exception in model converter with Jira Cloud.
    • DE160851: NPE occurring on Jira sprint field sync when sprint has no completeDate.
    • DE157021: ALM adapter isn't handling timezones correctly for updates.
    • Jira Adapter: Expand History on request while synchronization.

To install your product, follow the installation procedures for your product at Tech Docs. If you are a SaaS customer, your environment will be automatically upgraded to the new release at a scheduled time following the 3.7 GA release date.
