The ValueOps ConnectALL team is proud to announce the availability of ValueOps ConnectALL 3.6.0. In this release, we are adding Orphans/Pairless Management support for Clarity and Jira and record resurrection support. Both of these features are critical for day-to-day work and aid teams in staying up-to-date on the latest decisions.

 New features in ValueOps ConnectALL 3.6.0

  • Orphans Management improvements: 
    • Record moving to a different project and back.
    • Record moving out of the flow filter and back.
    • Clarity and Jira support.
    • Record resurrection support: 
      • Update the Dashboard UI to show/filter.
      • Provide additional criteria to filter Automations with Orphan Strategy Configured.

  • Enrich Field mapping capability (Multivariate value mapping)
    • Value mapping support based on multiple fields (up to five fields on each side).
    • Supports Clarity, Rally, Insights, and Jira.
    • Includes mapping Projects for multi-project automations.
    • Includes mapping default values.

  • Clarity Adapter
    • Enhanced the Clarity Adapter to support synchronization of Custom SubObjects.
    • ConnectALL allows syncing custom master objects & the corresponding custom sub-objects using the Issue linking and Translate record ID.

  • Support the synchronization of Multi-Select fields to/from the Clarity adapter.
  • When integrating Clarity with other systems (like Jira and Rally), map these multi-select fields directly if the target system also supports multi-select functionality.

  • Rally Adapter enhancements
    • Enhanced handling for changesets and pull requests to support synchronization to multiple projects in Rally.
    • Added support to map a default value for multi-project automations.
    • Enhanced handling for Rally dates to configure field mapping as date or datetime to avoid time-shift discrepancies with other applications.
    • Consolidated API calls to fetch changes to improve performance for multi-project automations.

 

  • Insights Adapter 2.0 enhancements
    • Custom fields and field value options for Rally types (defect, user story, and portfolio items) now populated based on the default project of the connection user to support mapping Flow State.

 

  • Ability to manage system settings within ConnectALL UI
    • Provide the ability to update system settings from the UI (as CA-Admin) instead of having to modify config files to simplify ConnectALL configuration.

 

 

  • Installer update
    • Legacy ValueOps Insights has been removed from the ConnectALL installer.

 

  • New ConnectALL Stack Hosted in the UK (SaaS)
    • Support UK customers in accessing ValueOps ConnectALL in need of data sovereignty.

If you are an On-Premise customer, you can download your copy of ValueOps ConnectALL Release 3.6 online at Broadcom Support where you can also utilize Broadcom’s case management system. To install your product, follow the installation procedures for your product at Tech Docs. If you are a SaaS customer, your environment will be automatically upgraded to the new release at a scheduled time following the 3.6 GA release date.
