Subject:           End of Life Announcement for CA Productivity Accelerator (PA) for PPM

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology & software and will be discontinuing support for the CA Productivity Accelerator (PA) for PPM. 

In accordance with the Broadcom Software Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this letter your written notification of the End of Life for the CA Productivity Accelerator (PA) for PPM.  This offering will no longer be enhanced, maintenance & technical support will be discontinued, and the SaaS version of this offering will no longer be accessible, effective June 29th, 2024.

Broadcom understands that customers continue to have a need to curate context-sensitive content for their Clarity user communities. As a result, we have introduced the Integrated Content Experience (ICE) help facility that presents context-sensitive content and allows customers to configure that content for your organization. We encourage you to transition to ICE for your context-sensitive content needs. Documentation about ICE and how to configure custom content for your organization can be found here. Your Broadcom account team can also arrange demonstrations of ICE to help facilitate your transition.
