Subject: End-of-Service Announcement for DX NetOps 22.2.x

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing support for all the components delivered as part of DX NetOps 22.2.x, effective October 31, 2024. After October 31, 2024, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

This End-of-Service announcement includes all 22.2.x versions, along with respective service packs, cumulative patches, and supported languages for the following DX NetOps components:

  • DX NetOps Spectrum 22.2.x
  • DX NetOps Performance Management 22.2.x
  • DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance 22.2.x
  • DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis 22.2.x
  • DX NetOps Mediation Manager 22.2.x
  • CA NetOps Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.9.1 SP1, 7.9.1 SP2, and 7.9.2

We encourage you to adopt DX NetOps 23.3 as soon as possible, to take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. Visit the DX NetOps solution page for more information.

To make your upgrade to DX NetOps 23.3 as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:

  • The latest version/release of DX NetOps components, at no extra charge, if you have an active maintenance contract for DX NetOps. 
  • Documentation to help you prepare for an upgrade.
  • A pre-upgrade review where a DX NetOps Support expert will review your upgrade plans prior to your upgrade implementation date. Open a pre-upgrade review case with Support for assistance.
  • The Designated Weekend Upgrade Program.
    • With this program, the NetOps Support team is staffed on designated weekends to provide you with upgrade-related support for all severity issues.
    • Upcoming Designated Weekend Upgrade Program for DX NetOps dates are: November 4th and 5th. Periodically check the Designated Weekend Upgrade Program for new dates.
