Subject: End of Service Announcement for DX NetOps 20.2.x

CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company (“Broadcom”) is continually working to improve our software to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies here, please consider this email as your final written notification, that we will be discontinuing support for the components delivered as part of the DX NetOps 20.2.x release effective March 31, 2023. After March 31, 2023, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

This End of Service announcement includes all versions and service packs for the following DX NetOps components:

• DX NetOps Performance Management 20.2.x
• DX NetOps Spectrum 10.4.2, 10.4.3
• DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis 10.0.5, 10.0.6, 10.0.7
• DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance 20.2.x
• DX NetOps Mediation Manager 20.2.x

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the upgrade to DX NetOps 21.2.9 or later, as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. For more information, please visit the Release Notes.

• The latest version, at no charge, if you have an active maintenance contract for DX NetOps.
