Subject: End-of-Support Announcement for DX Unified Infrastructure Management 20.4 and older releases

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines, and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of the End of Support (EoS) for DX Unified Infrastructure Management 20.4 and older releases.

This means:

• We shall be discontinuing the package distribution, maintenance, and technical support for version 20.4 and older releases of DX Unified Infrastructure Management effective November 3, 2025

This change will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value across the DX UIM solution.

We encourage you to download the latest Generally Available software, from Broadcom Support. To get started, follow the installation instructions from Tech Docs. We also encourage you to look at the product information page at Broadcom Support Portal.
