July 31, 2023 To: DX NetOps Customers From: Broadcom’s DX NetOps Product Team Subject: End of Service for DX NetOps 21.2.x - Important Update This is a follow-up to the first End of Service Announcement for DX NetOps 21.2.x mailed on August 26, 2022. Broadcom is continually working to improve our software to best meet the needs of customers. Based on interest from our customer base, consider this email a written notification that we are extending support for the components delivered as part of the DX NetOps 21.2.x release to December 31, 2023. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this email a written notification that we are discontinuing support for all the components delivered as part of the DX NetOps 21.2.x release, effective December 31, 2023. After December 31, 2023, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term. This End of Service announcement includes all 21.2.x versions, along with respective service packs, cumulative patches, and supported languages for the following DX NetOps components: · DX NetOps Spectrum 21.2.x · DX NetOps Performance Management 21.2.x · DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance 21.2.x · DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis 21.2.x · DX NetOps Mediation Manager 21.2.x · CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.1.1 We encourage you to adopt DX NetOps 22.2.x as soon as possible, to take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. Obtain your copy of DX NetOps 22.2.x from the download pages of DX NetOps products. Note: In 22.2.6 and higher, CA Business Intelligence (CABI) is not included with the DX NetOps packaging. Updates to CABI are available to existing CABI users through Broadcom Support. We also suggest that you review the DX NetOps Product Details page on the Support Portal, along with the DX NetOps 22.2 Release Notes.
