The Broadcom ERP system will be undergoing maintenance between March 28 7pm  PST - April 1 7pm PST which will have the following impacts to our downstream support systems:

  • Any new customer accounts created during the maintenance period will not flow down to our support systems. 
  • Customers attempting to register in the Support Portal using a new site ID generated during the maintenance period will receive an error stating their site ID is invalid. 
  • Customers will not be able to manage products associated with new site IDs generated during the maintenance period (download software, generate license keys, create cases). 
  • Once the maintenance period is complete, customers will be able to register in the Support Portal and manage their products. 

IMPORTANT: The Broadcom Support Portal will remain available and fully functional during this maintenance period. Additionally, pre-existing site IDs and their associated products will not be impacted during this time.
