We are pleased to announce our Case Management Portal is being upgraded to better serve you. 

As a result of this upgrade, there are a few items to take note of:

  • We will be introducing KB article subscription functionality allowing end-customers to subscribe and receive alerts for updated KB articles. Click HERE to learn more.
  • The external Case Management Portal URL will be updated. We will have a URL redirect in place 6 months after which time, the old URL will no longer work. Please update your browser bookmarks as necessary. 

Old URL: https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com 

New URL: https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com   

During this upgrade the system will be unavailable between Nov 3, 6pm PST – Nov 4, 6pm PST.
