Problem Description
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

In the TMSDIAG report, there were some small issues that needed to
be addressed:
1. In the TMSBINQ HEADERS report, the title line had a string of
'00002200' being printed on the title line. Also, the EXTENDED
TMC VSN was being printed as '......' and should show blanks if
there is nothing to report.
2. The first heading of the TMSSTATS reports did not include a space
between 'CA 1 Flexible Storage' and '15.0.00'.
3. In the 'Options Table Status Report', the TMCDSN had dots being
printed to the far right.
4. TMSHC006 is missing the correct release level and PTF level.
5. Fixed the flower box within the TMSDIAG sample JCL to include
'TMS REPORT-69'.
6. Added 'TMS REPORT-XX' to the title line of the different TMSSTATS
reports.
