Subject: General Availability Announcement for Clarity Mobile App 3.1.0

 

On behalf of CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are pleased to announce that Clarity Mobile App version 3.1.0 is now available for all Clarity customers.

 New features for Clarity Mobile App v3.1.0 include: 

  • Renaming the app from CA PPM to Clarity
  • Updated app icon 
  • Ability to review submitted timesheets.
  • Ability to return or approve submitted timesheets. 
  • New access right in Clarity to selectively roll out the new functionality
  • Removed the On-Demand Portal login flow.

The mobile app is available to download on your supported mobile devices from the Apple App Store or the Google Play™ store. The mobile app is listed under the name "Clarity by Broadcom", but after installation, you will see the app as "Clarity". 

The new time review and approval functionality will work with Clarity 15.9.2 or higher and requires the following access rights:

  • Timesheets - Navigate
  • Mobile - Approve Time - Navigate (* New in 15.9.2)
  • Timesheets - Approve (OBS, Instance, or Global rights)
