Subject: New Incremental Release Program for CA NetMaster® Network Management and CA SOLVE:FTS 12.2 INC03

On behalf of CA Technologies, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are delivering the next incremental release for CA NetMaster® Network Management Suite 12.2, INC03.

This Incremental release includes the following products:

CA NetMaster® Network Management for TCP/IP
CA NetMaster® Network Management for SNA
CA NetMaster® Network Automation
CA NetMaster® File Transfer Management
CA SOLVE:FTS

This release includes:

• Updated functionality for SmartTrace within the Mainframe Team Center-Network Management UI
• New zERT data display functionality within the 3270 interface
• New PAX release to simplify the upgrade and installation process from CA NetMaster® 12.1 to CA NetMaster® 12.2 INC03.
• Critical updates to simplify the installation and configuration process

The CA Incremental Release Program is a customer-interactive delivery model where new product features are developed and released using the Agile development methodology. CA's development teams work closely with customers to create product features for rapid implementation. Rather than waiting for a list of features to be completed before making a new product release available, we are working with customers to release new features incrementally, as we complete them. CA will support incremental releases in accordance with CA's Incremental Release Program - Support Policy and Terms.

If you are interested in participating in the Incremental Release program for CA NetMaster® Network Management Suite 12.2, please review CA's Incremental Release Program – Support Policy and Terms and contact the CA NetMaster® Network Management Suite Product Manager (Chris Spencer, [email protected]) to discuss the customer requirements recommended for participation. While participation in the Agile development process is not mandatory, CA recommends that customers implementing a release during the Incremental Process participate to ensure that they are kept up to date with all communications pertaining to the release.

At the conclusion of the Incremental Release program, all of the new features and maintenance introduced during the program will be rolled into a 'complete' release which is supported under CA's standard support policy.

You can download your copy of CA NetMaster® Network Management Suite 12.2 from CA Support Online or with CA Chorus™ Software Manager (CA CSM). The Incremental Release will be recognizable by the genlevel field (INC03).
