Subject: General Availability Announcement for CA Harvest Software Change Manager V13.0.4 Refresh Pack

we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are pleased to announce that CA Harvest Software Change Manager (SCM) V13.0.4 Refresh Pack is now available.
Some of the new features, enhancements, and certifications included in this Refresh Pack are:
- Cloud Enablement: Harvest product is now enabled to be deployed on cloud. Supported cloud instances are AWS® and Microsoft Azure®
- RESTFUL API’s: Availability of REST API interface for select administrator functions related to users/user groups, workbench function UDP (User Defined Program)
- Added Support for Databases - Oracle® 12.2 and SQL Server® 2017
- Added Support for Eclipse® IDE's 4.9, 4.10 and 4.11

Note: CA Harvest SCM V13.0.4 Refresh Pack requires CA Harvest SCM V13.0.3 as base release. If you are not already using CA Harvest SCM V13.0.3, please upgrade to that version prior to installing CA Harvest SCM V13.0.4 Refresh Pack.
