CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the CA Support Policy and Terms (http://support.ca.com/us/product-content/recommended-reading/product-related-technical-information/ca-support-policy-and-terms.html), please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing support for CA Data Center Infrastructure Management r4.6.01, r4.7.00, r4.8.00, r4.9.00. This includes ecoMeter r4.2.00, r4.3.00, r4.4.00, r4.5.00 and CA Visual Infrastructure r 4.8.01, r4.9.00, r4.10.00, r4.11.00 and r4.11.01 beginning January 05, 2017. This will allow our Development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value to the next release of CA Data Center Infrastructure Management.

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Data Center Infrastructure Management r4.11.00 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. As CA Technologies would like to make your upgrade to CA Data Center Infrastructure Management r4.11.00 as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:

  • A no-charge software upgrade from the Version/Release scheduled for End of Service to the new Version/Release as long as you have an active maintenance contract for CA Data Center Infrastructure Management.

  • Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to the new Version/Release can be viewed on the CA Data Center Infrastructure Management pages at CA Support Online (https://support.ca.com/).
