Subject: Feature Deprecation and End of Service Announcement for UCM Data Source Support in DX NetOps Portal

CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies here, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing support for the Unified Communications Monitor data source in DX NetOps Portal effective 15^th December 2021.

The following functionality will not be supported starting from 16^th December 2021

·         Integration with CA Unified Communications Monitor as a NetOps Portal data source

Additionally, with the latest set of functionalities scheduled to be delivered via upcoming DX NetOps 21.2.6 patch, the data source integration for CA Unified Communications Monitor in DX NetOps Portal will cease to function. This decision is in line with the general End of Life for Unified Communications Monitor as announced on 21^st October 2020.

Currently, we strongly recommend you adopt the current version of DX NetOps 21.2 at the earliest. For more information around the enhanced capabilities, please visit the DX NetOps pages at Support. When you are getting ready to upgrade, please reach out to your account team to discuss a pre-upgrade review with our support team.
